I haven't received the product even after a month. The service is pathetic, don't recommend them at all.

Such an overpriced box when you can get that makeup cheaper when you buy individually. Not a good price plan

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Still no sign of my box

Everything looks of low quality. I tried the lip stuff and it smells of chemicals and burns my lips took it off right away. Scared to try on anything else honestly. Not worth $35 plus the 6.95 they charged supposedly for a free box.

Reply from customer service is very late. Also doesn’t seem like original authentic products. I verified with focallure. Please CANCEL my babebox subscription from third month. Thank u

Got scammed into the Babebox. Absolutely awful products. Threw them all out as did not trust their safety. Random products from Aliexpress, and probably counterfeit and full of dangerous things. Smelled funny. Spelling mistakes on the boxes and containers of the products. If you put their listed address into Google, it comes up with an empty lot in Las Vegas - there's no business there. This is a fake, scammy company from China. DO NOT BUY.

I guess it might be a great box if I knew what I was using. No insert talking about the products- these are not well-known brands so I can’t even google them! And no descriptions on the packaging either! Decided to go for the Vitamin E mask but it’s in Japanese I believe and I gave no idea what the company name would be to google how long to use. Had to use my best guess. It was eh. The lipstick had zero label. I thought it was an eyeliner at first but I kept click turning until I got bright cherry red. Staying power is great but very drying. They actual eyeliner was dried out so I couldn’t even get one line. I’m not sure what the Babe Skin is. A serum maybe? I’m eager to try the glitter essence- no directions again so off to google I go! Overall super underwhelmed. Also, they advertised a free box for just shipping charge. I did that. A few days later I got fully charged but I never received the box until 2 weeks later? Am I getting another? I sure hope so or that’s false advertising. Do yourself a favor and save your money.
