Received first box. Packaging was nothing special, however all 5 products were full size and individually packaged and sealed. I received 1 full size eyeshadow palette, 1 full size mascara, 1 full size lipstick, 1 makeup brush and 1 hydrating face mask. All items i will use. The only thing i dont like is the fact that there is no phone number for customer service. Everything goes through email. Also the fact that i can not personally access my account information like on my Boxycharm and Ipsy subscriptions.

I received my babebox and for the free box it is worth it. For the actual subscription price not so much in my opinion. I will deal though since I did get a free box it makes having to pay for the second box worth it. The products seem to be good though. I like the mascara I got in my box. It works well along with the eyeshadow. there were also downsides to products I received in my box. One thing was a mermaid tail makeup brush which I have seen on wish for free with $2 shipping. So some products are great and others not so much. Overall it’s good but beware when signing up you have to pay for a second box as I did not know that. I like to try subscriptions before actually getting it a lot of times and this one was not one of my favorites.

I applies for the babe box and purchasing it was quite easy. Then I received an email shortly after I purchased the babebox informing me that I will not be receiving the box this month because they are sold out. I though what a bummer! Still waiting for my refund.

Everyone was nice but customer service needs to Be more accurate

My first box was a bit of a gamble to see if I would like the products enough to keep the subscription. I received 5 items. The mermaid brush is made pretty cheap. The eye shadow pallet is small and the applicator is made poorly but the colors payoff off decently. The mascara applicator is better than I thought it would be so that’s a plus. The lip cream comes off easily so I wouldn’t recommend it. The mask I have not used yet but I’m not sure why it retails for $35. That’s a bit steep for one facial mask regardless of brand. Overall the shipping was pretty quick. As far as the products go some are a hit and some a miss. Now the eye shadow pallet for the retail price you would think it would be a little bigger and come with a better applicator but it is what is is... small and cheaply made applicator.

Easy to order. Just waiting to see products and hopefully will like this box. Decent price.
