I was excited about getting my box but once I get I sure wasn’t so excited anymore. While all the items are full size, they are all cheap Chinese type of products. Not one name brand item. A few of the items even had instructions in Chinese. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m canceling and passing. Not worth it!

I never even received my starter box! All they said was for me to find it or file a police report and then submit that to them, and then babe box would do something. email correspondence has been extremely rude. I've submitted two forms to cancel my subscription, they won't. I've sent requests 6 times by email to cancel, nothing but one reply saying we'll look into it. For weeks I've tried to receive my missing box and cancel. Babe box has not helped me whatsoever

I have to admit, I am extremely disappointed in this subscription box. Focallure Babe Box is $37.98/month after taxes & shipping. The first box is "free" but you pay $6.95 for shipping. Purchasing the first box, you commit to the second box automatically (which is not explain to you). Purchased the "free box" on july 4th 2019. Arrived on july 9th. Was completely unsatisfied to say the least. Did not like any of the products they sent me. They were all bad quality products and things no one uses. Emailed them to cancel my subscription cause I didn't like what I received. We emailed back and forth until finally they cancelled my subscription. Still My card was charged $37.98 for the second box even though I explained to them I didn't want the second box cause I wasn't happy with the first box. The products were complete garbage. Also, customer service was awful. You can only communicate thru email and they take forever to respond. I recieved an email explaining the commitment to a second box & confirming that my subscription is in fact cancelled.  I emailed them to get a refund on the second box and they only wanted to give me a partial refund for 30% of the cost. Please stay away from this company.

I wasn’t happy at all with my box I got 2 face mask/black head remover and it’s in Chinese which makes me feel really uncomfortable so yea then I get a highlighter little pallet a makeup eyeshadow pencil and some applicator brush to apply foundation Not happy with the products The pic shows better quality of makeup in the advertisement which is very misleading

My card was charged $35.95 from this company, & I don't know why. Cause I have not ordered anything from them. Nor have ordered from the kinder box, or babe box. They both have been cancelled. For awhile now. I sent both a email on cancellation.

No matter how many emails I sent I couldn’t not get in contact with the company. I was trying to cancel and once I finally did make contact, I was told it was canceled and I wouldn’t no longer receive charges and less than 24 hours later I was charged for another box I didn’t want. Terrible

Absolutely terrible, don't fall for this like I did! I recently got the BabeBox... DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SUBSCRIPTION!! $29.99 a month, full size products.. sounds great, expensive but possibly worth it right??.. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I got a unicorn little stubby brush and I seen the EXACT same one at Dollar Tree 2 days later for $1 🤦‍♀️ there is no where to cancel on their website. No phone number. Email only. I got the 1st month for "free" paid shipping and handeling. Thought cool try it and if I don't like it then I will cancel. NOPE. I emailed to cancel and they reply saying I have to purchase a month fulk full price before I can cancel! Wait what?! This was not made apparent at all. They emailed right back and told me I couldn't cancel..So I waited and they took payment on the 1st, $29.99. Still haven't recieved the box AND I have emailed 5x times now requesting to cancel this damn subscription and haven't heard a single word back. Of course they wont email back now that I CAN CANCEL!! What a joke. I'm so beyond mad and disappointed. The last couple emails i sent where very rude and they got a piece of my mind on their rediculous excuse of a company!! Such a scam. How can you get over on people like that and call yourself a business?? So yeah PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS!! LOL Customer service is non existent. If you go on their Facebook page you can see that on every post there are multiple comments but none show up because they "hide" them from the public eye.. because they are bad reviews and upset customers I'm sure of it. If it happens to show one of the 10 comments it is only one that is "happy". I cannot stress enough to stay far away from this company!! I feel so scammed it's unreal!!

Not even sure what the products are, no instructions, descriptions or ingredients....is that even legal? Customer service is crap. Do not order!
