Tried contacting customer care to cancel my subscription a numerous amount of times and no response Third month charged and only sent one box Really disappointed and would highly recommend not to purchase from this company

Horrible customer service!

THE WORSE BOX! I have many beauty box subscriptions and this is by far the worse box! The products they send you are not worth the cost of the box. They advertise that you’ll get your first box free when you subscribe but when you get that first box and you hate it so you try to cancel they’ll hit you with oh you have to pay for the “free” box OR pay for another month of crap box! They also take about 3-4 days before they respond to you.

too pricey and the products are cheap .. i cancelled and i am still getting charged ! its like your a force feeding me stuff i do not want !!!!

i paid 6$ for my box originally. i canceled my subscription due to the products causing an allergic reaction. not only that the package i was sent was ugly as hell. nothing about any of the products were likable. for canceling they stuck me with a 35$ fee! i got scammed out of 40$ for the ugliest products i have ever seen. they don’t even offer refunds. i do not want store credit for a place i will never shop at again!! dont stop here. products are poor

I'd give it zero stars if I could..this is the FOURTH time I'm being charged and I received 1 welcome box.

The box is overpriced for items that are about equivalent in quality to something you can buy at a dollar store. The customer service is pathetic, you get the run around with generated emails that don't answer questions but instead delay an actual reply long enough that you are no longer in the return window. I had to report Focallure to my bank three times and finally reported them to the BBB for fraudulent charges. The phone number does not accept incoming phone calls. It reeks of a scamming company. Would NEVER recommend. I got "blush" that was darker than my bronzers and contour palettes. If you want a good subscription box worth the money, Boxycharm, Tribe, Ipsy Plus, even Allure. Don't waste your money, save $30 and go to Dollar Tree.

I'm disappointed with my experience. I checked the return policy prior to ordering, but this turned into a bait and switch after I ordered and attempted to make a return. Return policy states: Returns If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Focallure, you are welcome to return it. You must email us the support department within 48 hours of delivery, and ship the unwanted items back to us within 7 days. We will issue a store credit on the item(s) you return, or exchange it for new item you may like.  When I contacted Focallure, I was told i cannot return Babe boxes or skincare products. I responded back indicating I did not order a Babe box or skincare products, and provided the return policy posted on the website but no response. ??? Poor form, Focallure! Make this right.
