IF i could give this company -10 stars I would. First off, the free box Just pay shipping is A complete Lie, You MUST PAY $30.00 FOR a second box, even though, it's garbage makeup you can buy of wish for $.99 up to $6.00 NOT the "name brand" or High End makeup they Claim. 2ndly the ONLY PLACE it tells you about this Fraud of not being able to cancel is if You look in the FAQS, You have to search for it!! And if You don't know, as many don't look for a scam, you get duped!! Most items are Made in China, but that's because they order from Ali Express. They Say the value is $100.00 - $150.00 I bet they couldn't say this to your face, No wonder they have to trick people into the "not free" Free box, with the you can cancel at anytime on the page. To give you a false sense of security. *** ❌✖If you used PayPal Go and remove them from Automatic Payments or Subscription payments***❌✖ ❌✖❌✖If you paid by credit Card, CALL you credit card Company, they are VERY FAMILIAR with this SCAM and company. They will help You❌✖❌✖ Lastly, There are so many women who have been Scamed/ripped off/ taken advantage of from this company, I'm sure we could start a support group 😁

Don’t get me wrong, the products are okay. The customer service though, some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The way they run their “business” is an absolute crap show! I’ve had so many complaints and all I ever get are automated responses and never any actual real help. I cancelled my subscription after my first 2 boxes as I am in Canada and it costs us $50 each one and they just aren’t worth it at that. They “cancelled” it for me, I didn’t receive last months, so I assumed I was done with them. They then reactivated it without me knowing until I saw $50 missing out of my account. There’s no contact number anywhere so you can only email and all I got was a “sorry to see you go” automated cancellation email. I will never recommend them. I’ve had nothing but problems with every order. My first box included magnetic lashes that the magnets had come off. My second box included a hair serum that leaked through the entire box of stuff. No help is ever given.

They took my money and never sent my products. There is no way to cancel my subscription and nobody will respond to my emails when I ask for help. This is a huge rip off. I mean they charge $30/box and you don’t even receive it. For $10/$15/month you can get Ipsy or Birchbox. And they send what you pay for.

First of all, I ordered the babe box in June, it didn’t come til August and my July box is yet to be seen. I emailed them a few times asking for a tracking number and kept getting fobbed off (still haven’t received it mid August) so I follow their steps and email a customer support person to cancel my subscription. 2 weeks later they take $54AUD for my cancelled subscription. Honestly, the one box I did receive looked like they spent $7 at target. Save your money

I have tried to get unsubscribed for about a week now and sent multiple emails out and the only email I received didn't even address anything about it or confirm that I was unsubscribed. I wish I could give a good review but I haven't even got my products yet. I can't afford this product every month that's the only reason I wanted to unsubscribe, but now I want nothing to do with this company. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I wish email wasnt the only way to reach this company there should be a way on your website.

I got the free box and two boxes after I decided to cancel. Not worth the money. I looked up their cancel policy and followed as they said to send them an email to do so. So I did, and got a response back asking if I just wanted a discount, no I don't want a discount, I asked to cancel. They instead CHARGED me for the next box. After a lot of going back and forth with them about a refund, the last email I got stated they would only give me a 20% partial refund on a box I DIDN't want! Are you freaking kidding me??? So not only did they NOT cancel the subscription, they STOLE money from my bank account, they refuse to give me a full refund for the box I did not want. Do NOT risk it!!!
