There were several misdirections when I signed up and I'm grateful I didn't get discouraged! Love the products I've received thus far!

Focallure customer service is a bit slow but they do eventually attend to you. They customer service is good. They are very helpful. I am awaiting my babebox still and I am excited to see whats inside.
