DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM

I saw an advertisement for the babe box that showed products such as Anastasia Beverly Hills, stilla, and other high end brand names. Upon signing up and paying my $6 shipping fee. I was excited to try this new box. I posted about it on my social media and was horrified at the response. Comment after Comment and several YouTube links were shared. Upon watching them they all were the same. The Babe box was a scam they lure you in with false advertising photos and then provide you with products that are for sale on AliExpress for mere pennies. Yet they are saying you get $80-$100 in value. Concerned I reached out to the customer service team to cancel my box before it even shipped. The fine print said that if I cancel after the first box has shipped then I am required to pay for the second box before being allowed to cancel the subscription. However I was trying to cancel my box before they even shipped it. I received a standard reply via email that basically said thanks but no, were not gonna cancel it. When I replied to advise that that was unacceptable as you have not fulfilled the order and I was canceling prior to shipping. I was send some response that was so ludicrous. It did not even address my email or concerns it was a email stating they would give me $ money off, and if I kept the subscription for 6 months they could offer $$ off and not once mentioned the fact that I don’t even want the first box. I replied and advised that I wanted to cancel and was demanding they acknowledge my request. I was then replied to with a tracking number that was issued minutes prior to the response to my last email. Almost 24 hours after it was sent and 72 hours after I requested initially to cancel. This is not customer service. This is bad business, false advertising and frankly in my opinion, a scam. I will be placing a stop payment on all future boxes and shared my experience with my over 40k social media followers. This is not right, it’s not how you treat customers and that’s why I gave it 1 star. If I could give it less I would.

This box is a scam. They will not cancel your free box offer without paying full price on future boxes. Even though I have pics of offer that say cancel anytime. Focallure is a wish brand...which is knock off eBay..Chinese JUNK! !!!!!!!

It's a total scam. You get charged a second month without notice, everything they send you is bought for a few bucks or cents from either Aliexpress or Ebay. It's an absolute waste of money. They lie about the item's worth.

Terrible. Total bait and switch. They tell you the box is free then when you try to cancel they inform you that they will be charging you for your second box either way, around 50 bucks. I've tried 5 times to contact them and they still have not confirmed that they will cancelling my purchase. Such a scam!!!!!

Have not received first box as yet.
