Absolute scam 😡😡😡 blatantly and fraudulently advertised as first box free if you pay the shipping and clearly stating you can cancel at ANY time. So when said box arrives and you discover it’s no more than 5 Poundland worthy pieces of junk the real fun begins when you try to actually cancel. I emailed to request immediate cancellation only to be served back with a snide reply ‘was I not aware of their cancellation policy that I’d have to buy the second box in order to cancel? Before I even had the chance to reply to this they promptly and desperately charged me for a second box to make sure they got their money. Now Im in the middle of a bank dispute to get my £30 back. Do not touch this company with a barge pole and lesson learned for me

A horrible box full of horrible makeup. If you signed up for a free month they will not allow u to cancel it they will force you to pay $30 for another horrible box

I am very displeased with this company. I ordered the trial due to having ipsy for so long wanted to try something else but before I even received my trial they were trying to debit another pymt of 35.95 for next box. I sent an email trying to cancel and they refused to let me cancel my service saying I agreed to have the trial and then 1 month before I canceled which is not true. You dont get that message until after you order the trial. I have tried to cancel ever since then when my paycheck hit my acct within 5 mins they deducted the 35.95 out of my acct. To this day I am still trying to get my money back. They want you to submit a cancellation form and do this and do that but it only took them 5 mins to get my money and now I want it back!!!!

This box is awful. I got 5 cheap products in my supposed free box which I paid shipping on. I waited about a month to receive it, and tried cancelling. I was told if I cancelled I would be charged for the full price of the box which is $30. They tried to say its buy one get one free which is not how it’s advertised. This company is a scam, and the products are garbage. Not worth it at all I’ll stick with boxycharm less money for better products. Save your money

I wasn't happy with my box. Second guessing my order

I would give 0 stars if I could. I signed up with a promotional offer on my first box, feeling that was a good deal. Absolutely no information was given that I was required to get a 2nd box also. I signed up under Focallure Beauty, I suppose before they rebranded to BabeBox. I decided the service wasn't for me after my first box, and requested cancellation immediately. They said they canceled my subscription, and even when I tried to log in it said there was no active account. I was still charged a 39.95 fee a week later. I have got the run around for well over a month, with them saying they were giving a refund and then they never did. I finally got $11.60 of my 39.95 charged refunded today. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, they are very shady and have horrible customer service! Clear communication and making a potential referral mean nothing to them. I very frequently refer my friends and network to subscription services, as I am also the first to try them out.
