The quality was crappy, it wasn't worth the price and it was generic.

The products were not worth the money, the company forces you to keep your membership open, it's hard to cancel. I was disappointed in all of the products I've received so far.

I have never received the box you said, and now, just now you took my money for the second box. I need refund!

Just received my box and to say I was disgusted is an understatement. There is dust all over the products. At first I thought it may have just collected from being in transit. Then I opened the lipstick to find pieces of dust and what looked like tiny holes inside the lipstick. The glam cream colour also has a spot of dirt and looks like it’s been touched. The eyelash glue has a piece of hair stuck into its lid and dust everywhere. That’s absolutely disgusting and shows such a poor quality control. For a box that claims to be worth $102 I wouldn’t touch it with a five foot pole. The products are also not something everyone would enjoy. It would have been safer to send nude colour rather than really bold ones. I can buy hand cream anywhere I don’t need a beauty box to send me one. Not worth your money.

Bad products even worse customer service that wont allow you to unsubscribe. I had to revoke thier permissions to bill me on paypal in order to cancel. Would not recommend, stick with boxy charm or fab fit fun

I have placed an order at the end of August and till up to date 10/30/2019 I have not received my order at all. Kind Regards Mona

I never recieved my ordered box

I still have not received my box and it’s been almost one month since I ordered it so it’s hard to give a review on something I haven’t even got yet and now I’ve been charged 50 for another box when I never did receive my first box and they don’t seem to care and I also requested that my subscription was cancelled immediately and yet they took 50 from my credit card yesterday I would never recommend this company
