I pay 25 dallors a month and I get better quality stuff this is my first box and I am very disappointed that I got eyeliners and lip oil and a highlighter nothing that wowed me mr for sure and I have asked to cancel numbers emails and no one wants to cancel me. It might be a good box for someone who downt mind spending 30.00 but I get better stuff in boxy charm sorry.

I got this subscription confised with a different one. I order this box the 1st part of Nov. Only have I not received it. Babe box charged me twice. I contacted customer support it seems that they're helping me recieve my box but still no box. Really disappointed

Do not go with this box!! Customer service is horrible. Boxycharm is so much better.

I accidentally opened two accounts and I've been trying to close them I have purchased two boxes plus two trial boxes only received two of the exact same boxes been in communication with them and got nowhere worst experience ever but nice products humm too many people and nowhere to contact to explain what's happened I had to cancel one account but it was not in my email as I made a mistake and it was like pulling teeth to get a canceled after I purchase the other box for the following month charge me out of nowhere at 3 in the morning for another box that I have not received

Horrible customer service, false advertising, shady. I tried to cancel after a discounted "trial" box, but they said I was locked in for at least one more month. Luckily, I waived out of their binding arbitration clause, so I'm looking forward to gathering more evidence for a lawsuit on the basis of deceitful sales tactics and false/misleading advertising.

Overpriced and they try to lure u in with money off your second order of you do reviews for them and then they dont pay for that I'm really not feeling this company at all overpriced crap

Took forever to ship. Requested to cancel my membership, confirmed it was canceled, got billed over a week later for it. Says items have shipped and its been 2 days with no tracking...still

I had horrible customer service. Never even received my first box that I paid.for. Customer billing was rude and did nothing to resolve it. Promised to investigate and would return my call and never bothered to. My calls chat nor emails were returned. Was just to bad and my problem that I didn't receive my box. I've never had that kind of issue with any other order company. I live on a fixed income. Lost everything I own to a fire and now just out the money.for the box and items I added. Disappointed is putting it mildly.
