Don't buy from babebox! Look up their rating on BBB and if you go on facebook you'll see tons of complaints! The products are from Amazon and Aliexpress, they're a dollar each and SUPER CHEAP, LOW QUALITY! They never get back to you if you email to cancel, the ONLY way to cancel is by emailing them which is already sketchy. I regret getting their $1 special. They charge you for 2 or 3 more boxes even before you get the first one and say you can't cancel. They admitted they won't ship my package for another week but said I can't cancel and get a refund, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED. They delete negative reviews on Instagram. I took a screenshot of their post having 43 BAD reviews and COMPLAINTS, I refreshed the post later and 95% of them were deleted. They are dishonest scammers

If i could give 0 stars i would. Absolute scam of a company. I emailed right away stating i wanted to cancel due to not even receiving the "free" box. But they ignored till the date they took my money. They state they cannot issue a refund as it has already been processed. All could have been avoided if they had proper customer service and didnt steal from peoples account. I did not authorize them to take my money. 50$ is absurd for low quality makeup. Plus i couldnt even sample the "free" box cause it never showed up! Disgusted with this company.

This company is a scam!! They said it's a $1 for your first box but NOWHERE in their advertisement does it say they'll charge you 2 days later for $36.95!! Especially after I already messaged them literally minutes after I ordered because I messed up with my signed up email I tried correct it so I can see everything going on With the account and they replied twice that’s it after that no more replies. Since they didn’t reply to fix the email I just tried to cancel services So they don’t charge it again but still no reply!!

This company is an absolute scam!! They said it's a $1 for your first box but NOWHERE in their advertisement does it say they'll charge you 2 days later for $40!!!! They took money my special needs daughter needed for a field trip. I said I want cancelled and a REFUND but NOPE they said NO REFUND WE ARE KEEPING YOUR MONEY YOUR FAULT. Like it's a slap in our faces!!!! Do not buy from them! Also their customer service number does NOT WORK!!

A scam. You will not receive anything and will be charged, even if you did not subscribe. I am taking this to my lawyers.

This box was awful!! I got boxycharm items and ipsy items. TWO eye liners and other cheap stuff was in my box. THEN the said I have to buy next month’s box.. so I called paypal and blocked them from billing me. They have 39 complaints from better business bureau!!
