I can only comment on the customer service as I haven’t received my box yet. The customer service is awesome though. I got a quick, thorough response to my question and they were very kind. I can’t wait to receive my box.

The box come down with beautiful products and love having a package come to the door. I wish I could afford to keep going with the subscription!

I love the pallet and the face mask. The pallet is exactly the colors I wear. I'm hoping to see more items in my next box like this one. Excited to get it.

I got my first box free and I have to say, it was pretty nice. I'm not sure about the $35 price tag on the sheet mask, but what do I know. I don't agree with the cost of the box, however. When you look things up online, the prices don't add up. I will have to decide whether or not I want to continue my subscription or cancel. Let's see what the next box holds.

The products were really nice. Eyeshadow had good pigments and were good neutral tones. The lipstick isn’t a color I wear often but it was nice. The mascara isn’t my favorite mascara but it is good for a daytime look.

I actually enjoyed my babebox atrip shyn it was all make up which most subscription boxes these days are very heavy skincare so I appreciate that and the price is okay I think it could probably be under 20 would be more reasonable but I think I'll keep the subscription for a little longer at least
