Disgusting company. Total sham. They offer a $1 box to get your credit card information so they can take your money and ignore your emails for weeks when you want to cancel. There are so many posts about their awful company all over social media. Don't be fooled.

UPDATE: (Jan 6/20) Ignore finally ended with a request to submit a video of my product issue. So I did. We'll see what happens. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I ordered a bunch of their hair removal product. The package came and I took out the first bottle, gave it a couple of pumps, but out dribbled a little white cream, and that was it. Checked all 5 bottles to find them all full of cream instead of the clear liquid I was expecting as per the ad. So I wrote the company and this was their explanation... the liquid version of the hair removal is apparently not allowed in Canada, but the roll-on hair removal is. This despite neither product contains any chemicals, only natural ingredients. Laughable really. Not only was I not informed of this when ordering, nor when the ordered was being packaged for shipping, but I also didn't deserve to get the roll-on product in the roll-on applicator bottle! Seriously. They want me to believe they poured the liquid out of the spray bottles and filled them up with the cream... on purpose. Like they were doing me some kind of favor! We all know that didn't happen. This was a quality control blunder pure and simple. But really, to think I would be that stupid as to believe that line of bs. Then, just add insult to injury I guess, they offered me 10% off my next order in return for my "inconvenience". Inconvenience? Next order? OMG... what turnip truck do they think I fell off of? So now I'm on ignore. So much for the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". Heck, even at 0% satisfaction you are not getting a refund. BTW - is it just me or are a lot of those 5 star reviews solely about a nice box?!

Impossible to cancel. Not worth how much they charge. I wanted to try it out and I have so many regrets. Don’t waste your time.

Keep your money don’t trust this company. Free Box is not really for free because they will still charge you and won’t let you cancel, poor customer service instead of helping you they will push you to subscribe to them, no resolution at all. Cheap products as well. Please I am telling you, Beware! Read this - A response from their customer service when i made a complaint. The promotion term which granted your 1st box for free allowed you to cancel either after the 2nd box is processed or after the box cost of the 1st month is charged which is presented in a clear and accessible way right in the cart before checkout, in f.a.q section of BabeBox main page where you can select either monthly or prepaid plan depending on your preference and in the article dedicated to unsubscription in q/a section. Don’t get fooled.

Tried a free box (just s&h) based on an ad stating "no strings attached". Was never stated in the process of checkout or in any email, but they force you to agree to paying for a full price second month and will not cancel you. The quality of the product is like what you would find at a dollar store. I use small cosmetic companies all the time, this isn't like that - it's just trash. Not even worth the shipping cost. While their ad shows items like Anastasia of Beverly hills. False advertising and lies. I just want my subscription canceled.

First, I’m going to say this: Babe Box never said the $1 box we all ordered was no-strings-attached. In their FAQ and even on the subscription purchase page, they state that the first box is $1 with purchase of a full-price box. I’m not here to complain about that - I used a one-time use burner card on my Privacy account so they wouldn’t get another penny out of me. I’m here because of the product quality and customer service. What Babe Box is sending you are products sourced from Aliexpress, Wish, and Amazon. Super cheap stuff, not worth over $80 as they claim. It’s not even worth the $29 they will be attempting to charge you. Like, at all. Even though the products are garbage, my box arrived missing an item so I contacted customer service and was ignored. I messaged them on IG and Facebook and was ignored. I left a comment on one of their posts on IG and that seemed to get their attention. About 30 seconds after my comment was posted, they deleted it and blocked me. They REALLY don’t want anyone to find out their products are cheap garbage you could probably get from Aliexpress under $5 altogether. Any positive reviews you see are fake, posted by employees, or paid for. I haven’t come across ANYONE who has had a positive experience with this scam company.

Stick to Boxy Charm! The only thing half decent in my box was the Luna Lip Oil. I was sent 2 eyeliners in the same box. I also got a small clear brow gel that dries crusty and a highlighter that was as small as a single eyeshadow. Whoever is packing these boxes isn't thinking about what customers might actually want. So out of 5 items, I will use one that I could have bought for half the price of the whole box. You can't charge that much for a subscription box and not deliver with so many to choose from.

They flat out lied with there $1.00 blackfriday deal. No where was information regarding having to buy a second box full price. Yet they wont ship my first box or refund the money. Let alone reply to messages. Stat away. For all of us having issue we need to report to all agencies we can and look into a class action suit
