First box not received. So told them to cancel subscription and still had the cheek to take morr money from my bank. Scam. Scummy people taking money with no products sent. Stay clear

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are a total ripoff and scam. Their 'first box for $1- cancel at any time is total crap. It should be 'buy 1 get one free' or '2 for the price of 1' for starters. Then they claim to be cruelty free...yet half the products are from China SO TESTED ON ANIMALS. And then the promo pic shows products like ABH but all you get in the box is their cheap China made products. Their customer service is terrible. Stay away

This is the worst company ever. I asked for them to cancel any recurring orders and it has been taking them a whole month to resolve my issue and even now it hasn’t been resolved. Their customer service is horrible and has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered in my life.

Awoid this company! Scamy Scamy scamy! The 1$ trial box is a lie. The products are crap. They sent me a concealer! A pale concealer! You can't put concealers in a subscription box. The shade is miles away from my skintone 😅 it's just ridiculous. And everything else in a box is trash. I wouldn't complain if it was a dollar. But its not! You either have to get a second box of trash for full price or pay for the first one. I just paid for the first since I don't want to have anything to do with this scamy company. AVOID!!!! A little update : so I emailed with their customer services a few times. I agreed to pay full price for my first box just so I would be done with it. They charged me for a second one! And now they are blaming me and say they can't refund me. BULLS**T! PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

During their black Friday deal they promoted a $1 box I ordered 2 but only recieved 1. I'm also missing an item and only one thing in the whole box I liked. They also scammed myself and others by claiming your first box is only $1 and that you can cancel at any time. I tried canceling bc I only wanted the 2 $1 boxes and was told they would charge me 29+shipping for each box before I could cancel my subscription. I read carefully and had my boyfriend read everything as well before ordering the box to make sure it would only be $1 and no extra fees or charges. They false advertised which is disgusting from any company. Its not that hard to be clear instead of tricking or scamming customers. I pay for multiple subscriptions and have wanted to try this one for some time now and gave it a shot for the price. Now I've had to get a new credit card so they won't take my money....i won't ever order from this company again. Unnecessary stress and hassle to the one's who trusted and ordered from therm.

I signed up on a free site called pinchme. It said that a box of makeup would be 1 dollar. Which made sense because ya know it's a free site. Then not even a week later they start withdrawing 50 cent every 3 days for the next box and wont let me cancel. Even though no where did it say you were allowed to. I've been emailing back and forth and they still want to charge me for the boxes I haven't gotten. And when I got an email from the CEO herself supposedly and I replied it said cannot send because they aren't accepting messages.
