Shipping took for ever I started with the “free box” I paid last month for and just got shipped out . I don’t like you can’t see options what’s in it for 29$ a month I like a little hint .

Bought Focallure from a Instagram ad I saw and it took them a month and me reaching out to see where my Babebox was for it to be shipped. I have not recieved the box yet but it is on its way and am excited to try it out!

I was told my first box was 6.95. Then today I get charged $35.95. I am not pleased at all. I never even received my first box. So does this mean I'm being charged twice for the same box

It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting on my first subscription order and I have already been charged for my second order. Definitely not good for customer service

Easy to use but doesnt let me make additional purchases for some reason

Was not happy with my box. I personally did not see the value. I also looked up all the products and the value was less than what I paid for the box.

I ordered my first babebox for $6.95, then a week later I was charged $35, now mind you I haven't even gotten my free box yet. It's 5 weeks later and I should have 2 boxes right now, I have only received one soggy almost open box, one of the items had sprung a leak. I have continually been writing them but they have yet to address the $35 they have taken.
