I had high hopes, and was very excited about my order. It was a buy 3 get 2 free deal, which I right was wonderful. However, I waited for over 2 months just to get my order. I also had to email the company to even find out WHY it was taking so long. It was then they informed me that part of my order was out of stock at the time of order, even though the website stated it was in stock. I finally got my order and tried them out, and wasn't happy. 2 of the colors are identical, even though they are named different. And none of them look like the photos. They are NOT water proof, and make your lips feel extremely dry. The color flakes off once it gets even a little wet, and gets all in your mouth. It was not at all like advertised.

I am a little disappointed to find out that my order was out of stock. I believe true customer satisfaction stems from contacting the customer ASAP when problems arise. I was not notified. Its been a month since I ordered and I have yet to receive my product!!

very poor and i will not buy from this company again. I waited 2 months and after many emails back and forth I eventually received my item. unfortunately it was incomplete, 4 items were missing. ive now got to wait again for the missing items to be sent.
