This pen was awesome. ONCE. After one use it no longer worked. It’s basically a felt tip marker that once used on skin, doesn’t work anymore. If they could get it to continue working it would be an awesome buy.

I have ordered three times. 1st order dated 1st April 2018, not received my order yet, disgraceful. 2nd order dated 15th June 2018, not delivered yet. 3rd order dated 17th June 2018, not delivered yet. Maybe you can forward this information to Focallure Cosmetics so they can follow up. I don't know if I could recommend Focallure Cosmetics to my friends and family. Delana. Loved the concept but one of these came dried out and unusable while the other two were very disappointing. They do not go on smoothly into skin as shown in the video. So disappointed in this expensive purchase.

I got the Fine Sketch liquid eyebrow pen. I like this product, in theory. However; the real thing wasn’t worth what I paid for it nor the three weeks it took for the company to get it to me. I applied it pretty heavily and rubbed my eyebrows really hard to see if it would smudge (it didn’t, which is why this review is two stars instead of just one), but it is definitely not waterproof as the description boasts. One gentle swipe with a damp washcloth took all the product clean off. Bummer. As for the product arrival time, when I purchased the product on May 5th, I selected the 2-7 business day shipping. I just received it today, May 25th. I kept checking up on the order number with multiple customer service reps, and every time they would say that my order was “processing.” Dang, if it takes three weeks to process a one product order, I’ll just stick with my Wunderbrow product that I get off Amazon for cheaper and it will get to my house within the week and it will actually stay on my face. Incredibly disappointed. :(

Placed my order three weeks ago and still haven't received it.

Tried to cancel my order. But to no avail after a week of requesting a cancelation they sent my order. I’m hoping to return it Won’t be a hassle.

Product ordered May 5, 2018, promising 2 to 7 days shipping. A few days ago, I reached out to the company to find out the status of my shipment. I received an auto reply basically stating someone who get back with me within 8 hours. While the email was not within the 8 hours promised, I did receive an email from a real person, explaining there had been a delay in the warehouse an my product would my order would ship soon,no promised date. This morning I received an email that said my product had shipped. When I clicked on the button "track my order", there was a message from DHL saying shipments were delayed. So, on May 18, I still have not received the product and have no idea when I will. Supposedly, this is being shipped domestically. I order quite frequently from online vendors and while occasionally there is a back order or some type of delay, the communication is always initiated from the vendor- I shouldn't have been the one who had to reach out and inquire about my purchase. I truly hope when I finally receive the product that it will be the quality promised. First impressions.........
