Worst subscription box ever Ipsy's even better than this .! Charging 10 for shipping is crazy, Poor customer service, and trying to bribe you to stay and give you a discount but doesn’t.! Also gave me the runaround for me trying to cancel my subscription. I’m so not happy with this subscription box worst ever in my book will not be back.!.!.!.! Please don’t waste your time or money.!.!.!

Not impressed in the slightest with customer service. I cancelled my subscription within my profile AND emailed the company to make sure that it was truly cancelled. I received email confirmation through my account AND through the customer service that I was in the clear and wouldnt gave to worry about receiving another box. Now I am being charged yet AGAIN for a box I DO NOT WANT. It should not be this hard. I cant take my card info off of the site either.

Thought I’d try the beauty box as I was subscribed to another brand for a while and I liked seeing new items. I had stopped as the items were things I wouldn’t use too much and the shades were for white women. This box took quite a while to arrive and I wasn’t impressed so contacted them to cancel my subscription and Matthew Anderson was telling me I couldn’t cancel a subscription after the 1st box. I HAVE to pay for another one THEN I can cancel. That’s illegal and a scam! I would NEVER recommend this money hungry Gold Digging company. Run as fast as you can.

They are not cruelty free it’s a scam. They use a fake Peta symbol and loose wording. They are a Chinese company the majority of the stuff in the box is made in China and sold in China. China has mandatory animal testing. They pretend to be cruelty free so they can charge more for very cheaply made cosmetics. There was nothing in the box I would use, I am upset that I got scammed by them as I only buy cruelty free

Horrible Products. not quality at all nor worth even putting on your skin. Costomer Service is also terrible, when you reach out to them , they are nasty not helpful and not willing to work with their costomers. Other companies like BirchBox, FabFitFun and Ipsy are way better !!! do not recommend to anyone.

It is true that this company is up to no good. I have cancelled my 3 month subscription from renewing after its over because I paid for 3 months and that's all i wanted. In order to do that I had to email which was stated on the webpage that I could cancel on my account page that's a lie! So I emailed saying I did not want to renew after my 3 months. They said after the 3rd box get back w us. That's when it renews! That's what a subscription is. So I emailed and attached that customer service reply and called them out on trying to steal people's money without their permission in some words. I called them gross. And they emailed that it won't renew. I'm gunna keep an eye on it becuz I don't trust them! (Hopefully it does NOT renew) ew. Also the webpage or email stated I'd be emailed upon the shipping of my box. I think 1 shipped becuz my account page but never got an email. So I haven't seen their products yet but how great could they be especially after all this...

DON’T DOOO IT ! It’s a scam . 4 transactions went off already and i have been trying to cancel / unsubscribe after the first payment went off . ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. and it takes weeks to get a reply not even related to your concerns . Well f’ing done to these awful people , you got me 😊👏

I would give no stars if I could. This company SCAMMED me. They never sent me what I paid for and I emailed customer service at least 10 times but they were no help at all. DO NOT give them your money. They take it and don’t send your items. Awful awful company
