Dishonest company. They say you have 50.00 credit per quarter but they have a minimum order of 30.00 so if you don't use the whole 50.00 you get screwed out to the balance. Their agents are very rude. I have asked my insurance company to fire them and make another vendor available to its customers.

I called to make my first order and because I wasn't sure about downloading, I thought I would just call in an order because I needed product. In the catalog there were two options for what I needed. No option for the actual product, so I ordered the closest one. I was spending 3/4ths of my quarterly allowance. I was asked what my second product. I commented that had until June to use the rest of the money, the rep said no I needed to use it all at once! I thought that was strange, but looked for something cheap to order. I didn't want to use all my money, after I ordered the 2nd item, I told the rep that I didn't want anything else.

Worst customer service ever! I recently placed an order for my OTC products and the order somehow disappeared, although it shows active past the 3-5 day window. I called to find out where my order was, since FedEx still hadn't received it. This opened an investigation that could make it until May for my products to arrive. I suggested they cancel that order and put in a replacement order so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. No, can't do that, I was told in no uncertain terms that if I wanted to put in a replacement order, it was coming out of my pocket. Let this be a lesson for anyone wanting to go into the customer service segment of a company.

United Health Care has changed providers. Quarterly heathcare products, 45 per quarter, available at "no charge". The fact is the new 3rd party service that UHC contracted with issues prices at least 50 percent higher than what was available with the old provider and also factor in a massive reduction in available types of product. The FTC needs to look at price gouging of shopfirstlinebenefits.com ! Exorbitant prices compared to 2021 provider. No excuse. I blame this one on UHC, as they chose this new supplier! They upped the quarterly limit to 45. It used to be 35......guess what you got more product with the original vendor. PRICE GOUGING!
