This company used to be ok then they went down hill fast. Every time you try to communicate an issue with them they blame the customer then argue with the customer then scold the customer. I'm tired of it.
Due to the toxicity I will never purchase from them ever again. Plus they are almost always above MSRP. Not worth it.
Reply:
Wow! Check out that reply from the company to a bad review. Uh huh. Sure. This is exactly what I was talking about. Who wants to do business with this?
Reply 2:
None of that is me. I am an individual who works for a company. You have made a very bad assumption here. My CALIFORNIA information was already verified by Trust Pilot so this audio link of yours is nothing but a lie so I'll just point you to the rules of the site since you already broke their privacy rule once and had your original reply removed:
"We expect you to be a respectful contributor to our platform. So play nice, don’t be a jerk. Don’t post anything harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or obscene. And don’t lie, bully, blackmail, make threats or do anything illegal."

This review is by a criminal and scammer who's upset that we stopped his orders before he could steal from us. Unfortunately, this review site will not remove reviews by criminals, despite being provided evidence, and a recording of the wife of the real David Johnson, stating that he made no such purchases. They require a court order to do so. Trustpilot users are invited to listen to the recording themselves, here: https://soundcloud.com/user-678966520-838481249/david-johnsons-wife-stating-no-such-order/s-aGc7P1uJYbL
Reply #2: You refuse to allow Trustpilot to disclose your order details to us. We called David Johnson's wife and the recording is there for anyone to hear. The fact that you wish to remain hidden from us, and you've used the name of a scammer, and that we called the actual David Johnson and spoke to his wife and she denied any knowledge of the transaction(s) is all we can go by, and the David Johnson in our records is a criminal.

They had 24 preorders left available…
They had 24 preorders left available for the new graphics card release. I submitted and got a receipt for the invoice of my order. The next day they canceled my order and said sorry were not accepting any more preorders. Unfortunately, if they screw us it’s okay. But if people screw them they get upset. Will never order from here or recommend to anyone ever.
Edit: The website tried to remove the listing to try to hide a bad review. Also, there was no contact on trying to help with any sort of situation. Now they’re attempting to try to redeem and defend themselves after they couldn’t remove the review. Fake reviews, don’t trust the website. No contact, no customer service, fake reviews. Just make sure to be sure to find a better site to buy from instead of this.

Hi Rony. One clarification, first -- you got an auto generated confirmation of a pre-order placed on our site. You didn't get a receipt, as you weren't charged anything. Unfortunately, nVidia and their channel suppliers are the problem here, enforcing an ordering limitation. It's not by our choice and we pulled the item as soon as we discovered the limitation -- which neither nVidia nor the suppliers advised in advance. Again, you were never charged, and were immediately notified of the issue, so as to not waste your time. We're not sure how that's "screwing" you, when you lost no money or time, nevertheless, we apologize for the situation.
Edit: You posted defamatory information claiming our reviews are fake when they are not. Your review was flagged for that reason, and no other.

Between delays in shipping
Between delays in shipping, waiting until the shipping day to tell me "pay 100$ more or we'll cancel your order", and maliciously suppressing reviews on their BBB website..
I can't recommend purchasing from this seller. Period.
Never again. Buy from someone with more scruples.
UPDATE:
"ShopBLT.com reported this review 8/10/2020 11:49 PM for violating Trustpilot guidelines."
- More evidence of Review-Suppression
To BLT:
You already tried to stop my review on BBB's website by claiming I "wasn't a customer", forcing me to email the BBB my proof of purchase and buying you 3 days at the expense of your reputation and image. Now you're reporting my review on TrustPilot in the same manner.
Stop trying to sweep negative reviews under the rug and just own up to your actions. What you are doing is immature, unprofessional and violates the terms and agreements of BOTH of these sites. (Notice how I didn't Report YOU for those infringements, because i'm not a vengeful toddler..).
Contrary to what you may believe, I have better things to do than fight a company who consistantly infringes upon my constitutional right to freedom of speech.
Response from ShopBLT.comNov 13, 2020
The Terms of Sale on our website are very clear, and put in front of you before you order, where you must click the button "I agree with the Terms of Sale". Those terms, and every single page of the website state that pricing for out of stock orders is not guaranteed. You were, in accordance with that policy, notified when the increase from the manufacturer was too large for us to absorb. You were free to cancel the order and not continue. You elected to continue, then wrote a bad review.
We didn't try to obstruct your free speech or your review. We requested documentation from the BBB verifying that you were a customer, just as we did here. The BBB's pre-formatted e-mail makes the incorrect claim that we've stated you're not a customer. We never stated that to the BBB, Trustpilot, or you.

Better places to order PC parts
Order delayed multiple times. Days before second delay my order was estimated as arriving 2 weeks before the website claimed other orders were arriving at the same location. Only a small handful of the same preorders were placed after I had placed mine and all were at the only location with any available preorders left. Once my second estimate passed the new estimate changed to the same estimate 2 week later estimate displayed on the website. Not happy with this type of inaccuracy nor with customer services response to negative feedback, which is basically to pass the buck on to the manufacturers, carriers and consumers.
Having hard to obtain products, estimated delivery dates and preorder numbers available seemed like a positive but doesn't appear to mean much to the consumer as delays can be weeks at a time or longer and might not even reflect the more current information displayed on the websites product page.
Edit 09/27:. Ordered delayed several more times, thousands of extra per order slots made available in that time. Earliest ETA is October. Twice updates in September claimed an earlier date followed by a later date. Let's see if we can make it 6 months
Update: 11/13/20. Here we are. Almost 6 months later and this product is still being left up for preorder. You have to wonder at which point they'd decide to at least stop posting the clearly inaccurate estimates on this particular product. Sarcasm from customer service is also why this review will stay as 1 star. Some of the replies to other customers are downright atrocious and they report any negative comments which takes weeks to get reapproved by trust pilot if at all.
Edit2 11/13/2020. As stated shopblt reports any negative comments and did it to mine now for a second time despite it not containing anything that breaks the rules. This product has been listed for almost 6 months and delayed at least a dozen times or more, in this time shopblt has actually opened MORE preorders despite the fact that no products were ever shipped.

11/13/20 4:51 PM - Of course the product is still up for pre-order. Why wouldn't it be? Orders are being filled and shipping. Again, you're complaining about estimates provided by a manufacturer. We have no control over those. You sound as if you want us to fabricate ETAs rather than pass on what manufacturers provide to us. Sorry, but we don't do that. We convey what we're told, and there's nothing atrocious about replying with facts to folks who blame us for manufacturers' delays. If we're wrong or treated a customer outside of the Terms of Sale we presented, we'll make it right, and always do. However, blaming us for missed ETAs is, once again, something well beyond our control and the control of any reseller, and is something we have to respond to, as statements such as yours are just plain inaccurate.
11/13/20 3:36 PM - As is noted on every single page of our site, and in the availability section, and in the Terms of Sale, and directly above the Place Order button, and in your order confirmation, and in every single e-mail we sent you, ETAs are not guaranteed arrival dates. They are provided to us by the manufacturers and suppliers we purchase from. We have zero control over those dates. It's the only information we have for items that aren't currently in stock.
7/8/20 3:41 PM - Not sure how replying to your review is cooking reviews?? We're sorry you can't accept that manufacturers provide ETAs and we have no control over them. Other reviewers here seem to fully understand what they are. Maybe you should read those reviews, as we've explained what ETAs are repeatedly here, as we did on the site before you ordered, but you still have a problem with them. There's not much we can say that's going to please you, so this will be the end of our replies.
7/8/20 2:21 PM - Updated response as reviewer changed the bulk of his review. We're unclear on how providing dates that manufacturers provide to us is a marketing gimmick, or us making estimates. It's neither. It's just as stated on the site, repeatedly, which we've already addressed. The dates are the only information we have for items not currently in stock. If we provided nothing, we would spend all day answering e-mails and phone calls of "when are you going to get it?" We're sorry that you either missed (in all the areas cited below) or apparently did not understand that the dates are subject to change. Again, we do our jobs correctly. We aren't the manufacturers who make the products and provide dates.
Original Response:
Firstly, you were informed the following business day when an ETA had elapsed, every single time. That is not, in any stretch of the imagination, a failure to inform you of a delay.
Regarding ETAs, as is noted on every single page of our site, and in the availability section, and in the Terms of Sale, and directly above the Place Order button, and in your order confirmation, and in every single e-mail we sent you, ETAs are not guaranteed arrival dates. They are provided to us by the manufacturers and suppliers we purchase from. We have zero control over those dates. It's the only information we have for items that aren't currently in stock.
You're trying to paint an inaccurate picture here, that we relish managing thousands of pre-orders, and love to string people along for -- we're not sure what purpose -- to aggravate people? Nothing could be further from the truth. Nothing would please us more than for every manufacturer to meet every ETA they provide and for us to fill every pre-order. Unfortunately, we don't make the items, and must rely on manufacturers do do their job. We do our jobs correctly, however, despite your claims.

horrible experience
I ordered masks over a month ago from their site when they were indicated as having a one week delivery date. They then pushed back the delivery date three times and now cancelled the order. BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Fraudulent advertising of delivery dates, and then horrible customer service.
Response from ShopBLT.comJun 12, 2020
This person ordered N95 masks which were on back order worldwide during the COVID-19 pandemic. When the US government stated that N95 masks needed to be reserved for medical entities, all of our suppliers immediately cancelled all of our orders to comply with the government's request, leaving us with no source to obtain the items. This complaint is unreasonable, considering the pandemic and necessity of supplies for medical entities.
Regarding ETAs, they are provided by the manufacturers. They aren't guaranteed arrival dates and are subject to change at any time. They are the only delivery information we have for items that are not currently in stock. This information appears directly in the Availability section of our website. It also appears on every single page of our website clearly stating that ETAs are not guaranteed arrival dates. It finally appears above the "Place Order" button on the website.
Unfortunately, we cannot help that some folks won't read the information we present. We try to present it as clearly as possible with the number of items on order from our suppliers for shipment into our warehouses, the number pre-ordered by our customers, and the estimated (not guaranteed) dates as to when those items are expected, stressing that they are just estimates.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!
My experience with this company was horrible. Some emails were answered promptly while others went unanswered. Service was very disappointing. I originally ordered an Intel processor that had an expected ship date of 10 days. My order had been delayed three times and I waited over a month and the item was still not expected to be shipped for another 15 days. Their ETA's are not accurate and I would avoid this company like the plague. The only thing they were good at was advertising low prices.
Response from ShopBLT.comJan 18, 2016
Firstly, all emails are answered by our company. We've been in business for 25 years and have not been successful by ignoring customer email and correspondence. Our stellar rating on this very site backs up that statement.
Secondly, assuming you actually did place an order, it was apparently for an out of stock item. Our site displays real-time availability and you knew the item was out of stock when you ordered. We stress repeatedly that there are no guaranteed arrival dates on out of stock items. Neither our site, nor any email we send, provides you with any "expected ship date" for out of stock items. We do provide Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA's) to our warehouses, which are provided by manufacturers to us.
ETA's are the only information we have for out of stock items, and we provide that information to our customers. Further, we reiterate several times that ETA's are not guaranteed arrival dates, and are estimates provided by manufacturers, subject to change. As a reseller, we have no control over the manufacturing process and any manufacturer's ability to meet their ETA's. We only pass along the information that is provided to us, as opposed to other stores where you cannot order an out of stock item at all.
As we are one of the few businesses that actually accepts preorders for out of stock items, we provide an avenue for consumers to get in line for difficult to obtain items, such as the processor you claim you ordered. Customers are free to cancel at any time, without penalty, should they find the item in stock elsewhere. There is no charge to take advantage of this service, and no charge to cancel the order should you find stock elsewhere.
And yes, we have low prices. Thank you for noticing at least that part of our very highly rated service.
