Samsung DB32E
I ordered 14 TV's and one was damaged internally. Hoping to get a replacement without any hassle then I may review with 5 stars if the exchange process goes well. Just updated my review to 5 Stars since they were so quick to get me a replacement and return the defective unit! Great customer service!

Quick, informative and friendly!
I put my order in and was notified the following business day that it had been processed. I received my receipt immediately with an email from a kind customer service rep and even had my package delivered a DAY EARLY. I was incredibly impressed, as it was my first time using the site.
