Lots of areas needing improvement
I did get my item despite it taking a long time. Over 20 hours to be exact. The “staff” don’t follow their own rules. The chat is not kid friendly. As we all know Roblox has a large volume of children. The discord chat is littered with racial slurs and occasionally profanity. Hence why I say the staff themselves don’t follow their own rules. They do not lead by example. They are vulgar and will ignore you for hours despite trying to reach out. You give them your money but they don’t respond in a timely manner to at least say “hey give be about”X”amount of time as I am Busy” they have maybe 2 or more people that can help but they all seem to be absent and just appear when ever they get bored probably. I would not recommend this. You have a better chance of going on eBay would people who are friendly and don’t have people who speak in slurs or profanity. I hope they can do better soon.

Hello we would like to clarify this situation, We had mentioned we would be out for a day or so, and due to this orders would take longer than usual. What you saw on the Discord chat was not staff, due to us being offline we were not ignoring you. Sorry if it seemed like that, we just had no access to an internet connection at the moment.
