Long waiting time: For the past couple months Shopblox speed in orders has decrease, completely doing the opposite of their fast delivery slogan. And their lack of communication causes customers to wonder if they are getting Scammed, regardless if they eventually handle your order days after purchase.

Hi Emma, We're sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the delivery experience. Our delivery speed largely depends on how quickly we're able to get in touch with you, as we fulfill all orders manually. That said, we're so glad to hear that your pet has arrived safely—thank you for your patience and understanding!
