SEVERELY LACKING IN BUSINESS MORALS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Got the vintage advent Calendar. Beautiful presentation and lovely packaging. I’m on day two and so far day one was a craft washi tape , day two another craft washi tape.. I was hoping for more stationary items. Since I don’t use washi tape, I’m hoping this whole advent calendar isn’t just a bunch of tapes.!!! We’ll see and I’ll update accordingly. UPDATE: i’m on day 10 now and so far I have received five rios of washi tapes, in various scrapbooking papers I guess to decorate your scrapbooking pageMd. The description, for this stated there would be stationary and journaling items. I don’t do scrapbooking. I have no use for this. I splurged on this for myself this year and I’ve been so very disappointed. I have reached out to the company, but so far no replies. Update: I finally was able to locate a phone number, left a message with NO REPLIES. Called again and reached somone. She informed me that since they did not package the advent calendar, they can not accept a return or refund because they cannot resell. I asked her if the items in the calendar were from her store. She confirmed they were from her store. the items are unused and unopened, so why can't they sell them. I think the lack of replies and customer service speak for itself. If I add up the cost of items in the calendar, using the store as reference, it does not add up to $116. I'm so glad I could not afford the larger calendar. This store may have nice merchandise for the scrapbooker, but their morals and customer service are severely lacking.

Faking the reviews in trust pilot scammers

Charged excessive amount for Shipping, and yet the Merchandise arrived damaged and with missing lid. Followed their website instructions about contacting them, they asked me to send photo of the shipping box, which was already in the trash. They told me that with no photo of the shipping box, there would be no refund. I had to dig into the trash to pull the box. They still refused to issue a refund, or provide Return Shipping Label to return the merchandise. They stated they had no use for damaged merchandise. They wanted me to file a damage claim with the post office and wait for my refund that way or return the item in person to their store... 2400 miles away from me. Horrible Customer Service, after several frustrating emails, they began to lecture me on how they package merchandise, and how I was not cooperating by ME refusing to file a claim with the post office. Bottom line? they rob you with no shame. over charge shipping, they send incomplete orders, they do not take responsibility for their shady packing, make you jump through hoops to get a refund on their merchandise, then ask you to return it in person, regardless of where you live. Worst shopping experience ever, and pretty darn rude people.
