The package is estimated to be delivered by the end of the week. We apologize for the delays, most orders are delivered with 5-10 days after they leave our warehouse but the holidays have been a bit busier for most shipping companies so some shipments are experiencing delays. Hello Joseph, Sorry to hear that the product quality did not meet your expectations. We sell different types of leather, including faux Leather which the jacket was made with. Hello Casey, Thank you so much for leaving a feedback regarding your recent shopping experience with us. Please note that in the order confirmation and shipping emails we specify that the clothing tags may be different from the size you ordered but will most likely fit properly. For example if you ordered a size S, the item, especially tops may have a size L label but they actually fit like a regular size S. This is because we serve a global customer base and different countries may have different size units from those on our labels, so before items leave our warehouses, we convert them to the customer's country size standards to make sure the custiomers receives the products that fits them properly. We apologise that you received the items and they didn't fit like you may have wanted and we are willing to resend a smaller size. Please send us an email at [email protected].
