Good service

The account provided by the seller is blocked. I get logged out every time I try to log in. The seller also does not respond to messages, so there is no proper after-sales support. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

I ordered a premium upgrade on January 22, 2026, paid directly by credit card, and still haven't received it. Support isn't responding at all. Not via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. I've tried everything. I would advise extreme caution when buying from them! I've placed at least 10 orders with this shop, and until six months ago, they were a really reliable seller. Something's definitely wrong. Update: After almost two months, they responded and demanded that I delete this correct and truthful review. Naturally, I refused. As a result, all my active subscriptions, where I hadn't changed my password after purchase, were canceled. They also hide the negative review directly on the website, so users always see a 5-star rating. I have screenshots of every order and the chat history. So I can directly prove that this is exactly how it happened.

I have made a couple purchases with them. The first was a 1 year membership which they honored for about 4 months. The second was another 1 year membership which they only honored for about a month. Suddenly both accounts stopped working even though I followed all of the rules and customer support has ghosted me, refusing to respond to my whatsapp messages even when they show they were read. Beware, you might get only a couple weeks usage from a membership before it suddenly cancels. The first couple times this happened, I was given replacements in reasonable time ( 1 to 2 days). This last time I haven’t heard from anyone after several days of reaching out.

I'm not satisfied at all with this experience. The LeetCode Premium got banned within 2 weeks of use. Once reported to customer support, no clear resolution was provided. The customer support replies whenever they want to respond, it can be a delay of days until they just send you 1 message with no meaningful resolution. I have 1 week since I reported the issue and no resolution was provided.
