I have made a couple purchases with them. The first was a 1 year membership which they honored for about 4 months. The second was another 1 year membership which they only honored for about a month. Suddenly both accounts stopped working even though I followed all of the rules and customer support has ghosted me, refusing to respond to my whatsapp messages even when they show they were read. Beware, you might get only a couple weeks usage from a membership before it suddenly cancels. The first couple times this happened, I was given replacements in reasonable time ( 1 to 2 days). This last time I haven’t heard from anyone after several days of reaching out.
