I accepted the refund on the same day, but as of today, no refund has been issued. Despite multiple follow-up requests, I’ve received no response, and the refund still hasn’t been processed. They have now resolved all my issues with the products I purchased, and I received very good customer support.
I will hold off on giving my five-star rating until I'm sure that my products work perfectly the entire time I've paid for them.

Great shop when they have time to answer questions before and after payment. When they respond, they do a five-star job, but their customer support needs improvement; there were periods with no answers for weeks and that's not good customer support at all.
And when you have bought a product which does not work as it should and then you also have to wait several weeks for an answer, then its becoming a bad customer experience.
Otherwise no problem when they did the actual orders, they delivered the products as promised.
