Received the cooling mat and was not instructions on which side was to be used. my pup uses both sides and we still don't know which side is the right side.

UPDATE: The company has reached out and apologized which I appreciate! Although I still ended getting and paying for product, I've changed to a 3 star because this shouldn't have been so hard... I stillI've been trying to reach Support for the last week to no avail. I can't find any phone number, and my emails to support have gone unanswered. I'm trying to cancel a subscription that I started accidentally. If I get charged for another order I will have to open a dispute with my credit card issuer.

I saw reviews on a better you and decided to give your molecular Hydrogen a go and wow I’m so glad I did I haven’t had anywhere near the pain in my back

My dog, Maggie, is a chewer, she has ruined clothes, throw rugs, door mats, you name it. So I was very skeptical about ordering the cooling mat for her. Well…..she absolutely loves it and does not even try to chew it! I am so happy to have this for her, it really does help keep her cooler.

I received my order the other day 2 x v2 pump bottles 5 ltrs of pre wash and 5 ltrs of snow foam easy to order and fast dispatch and delivery not tried yet but looking forward to using them this weekend
