Be careful ,ordered 2 not arrived yet after nearly a week of ordering ,contacted them ,said due to so many people ordering its late ,then they say its the people delivering, no proper updates or the tracking updated ,maybe dont take on so many orders unless you can forfill them.im still waiting for my products and nothing as of yet to show for my money.maybe sort some customers first before taking more customers money.

I purchased Black Seed oil capsules thinking they were coming from Europe as they use CET time. Items were dispatched from China. Arrived today and they stink of chemicals. Opened a capsule and it's filled with thick brown sludge again smelling only of chemicals. I now will have to throw them out as there is no smell of Black Seed oil and I don't trust using them.

Such a shame Thought they came highly recommended I order 5x lymphatic drainage drops On the 30th August .2026 it states they deliver within 2-4 days It’s been 6 weeks and 1 day and I still haven’t recieved them I’ve emailed customer support and just constantly ignored I’ve now come to realise everything online is just AI on their website. AVOID AT ALL COST

If I could give a zero I would. I have contacted them and crickets is the response. I placed an order in May 2026 and still haven’t received it.

Appalling service, bought a dog barking deterrent device. Definitely didn’t work tried contacting via their contact form for refund or exchange, nothing. Even replied to the order confirmation email. No response at all. Complete waste of money don’t trust them at all!

Never got pet cooling mat. This company is a nightmare to deal with. They are in China and have no business license no address no phone number just an email. Promised me a refund over 30 days ago. Still waiting, so many garbage excuses how they have to review it etc. Run far from this place! Update; got my refund in full after my lawyer found their location and the authorities will be investigating the location. Scammers don’t prosper.

Took weeks to arrive any it is faulty. It clearly came from abroad, China no doubt. After waiting all that time to get it, it does not work. It does not charge. First and last time I order from this company. Don’t waste your money.
