I received a few items in my package...and i filed a claim and they assited with my package and showed me pictures of what was initially received. In the end, it was the seller who didn't ship enough items. In the end I got a replacement. Thank you customer service.

Shop2ship is a reliable forwarding company since I started with them. I would have given them 5 stars, but had to give them 4 stars because I had a little issues in regards to some items that was misplaced in their warehouse and I had to purchase these items again. That's the only issues I have had so far, but other then that, they are great.

Good for their price. but don't expect more than others. They send it, yeah... but wow that was 'hella' slow. I don't know if it was because of the bad weather in USA but USPS mark like "delivered" the package for like 2 weeks but in the Shop2Ship system the package didn't show up, i even tried to contact them but >>>Their Custom Service IS TRULY BAD (ONCE of like 6~ times they answer my questions about it with a wait time for like 1 hour)<<< But later on, like 2 days after the 2 weeks, IT SHOW UP. after that was 'hella' fast, they send the package to DHL(My chosen option) the same day i pay for it.

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with the USPS delivery, it is now know to many of our users that the USPS has been facing severe delays and have started marking parcels as delivered when they have been sorted at the destination facility, it did take them up to two weeks to finally delivery to us during Christmas because of the election backlog and the Christmas surge, currently we are not seeing any delay over 2-3 days from the USPS. All parcels delivered to our US or Germany facilities are checked in and the owners notified within 12 hours. Kind regards, The Shop2Ship Team

Good service but once they did a 20% discount on all their shipping services and still chose to exempt one of my shipments from this regardless of what their ad stated.

Basically good service. Sometimes email with notifications of new parcel arrivals don't come which is very inconvenient. I didn't have any other problems.
