I would rate lower but was not offered the option. The online estimate was more than 100% out. Even after raising this with me, the online estimate did not reflect the increased charges. It looks and feels like a scam. PayPal was not an option to pay the extra money extorted from me. A receipt could not even be offered for it. The more I think about it the more it looks like a scam. It took so long to get answers you charged me a storage fee. Communication is poor online a user has no idea what is happening with their goods. Unhappy customer Martin Driscoll

Do NOT use this company to ship your goods. Their customer service is beyond bad and when you are wanting answers for a shipment or articles that go missing or basically anything...they are so hard to get hold of. You will waste hours sending off emails and messages to them and then when/if they do choose to reply, it will be a standard generated message which is useless. It is almost scam-like in my opinion. Avoid.

I am using the app for the 1st time and I am not being able to ship the goods due to an error when trying to make the credit card payment. I have sent 2 email already without a response and it is becoming anoying.

One of the worst forwarders I ever dealt with. Their cost of shipping is much higher than any others. A lot of hidden fees, bad customer service, constant follow-ups on the same issue, not updating tracking numbers properly, etc. To top all that, they lost one of my packages for months and I asked several times to look for it yet they confirmed many times they don't have it. After many months passed, they emailed saying they found it! Asked them to forward to another US forwarder address as a curtesy for their mistake but they ignored since then.

I had a terrible experience. Not only my package arrived late, that i also had to pay twice - one for the package and another one in my country. When I asked for help the website refused to send it back, even paying a bit more. Never again.

No customer service at all, zilch, nada. They lost goods in their warehouse and it was bever delivered to me. It was impossible to contact Shop2ship and numerous emails went unanswered. Do not use them, you have no assurance that anything yoy send them will actually be sent to you and if you have any issues you will not receive any response from them.
