Too expensive.

I never received my parcel.. customer service was a complete TRASH (phone and email). My complains were never acknowledged, I tried so hard with the customer service but no luck. I had to accept the fact that I lost my money over a shady company. However I’m grateful for learning my lesson to never trust third party companies. So whatever what’s done is done. I just hope my review can help people to not be schemed by such companies.

Shocking service one of the worst customer services I have ever come across

You are scam... I tried to pay for my goods but my card were declining... Used it somewhere else but it went through also asked my frd to help me, gave him my login but same thing from his side and he tried his bank card also somewhere else and it went through also.... Tried speaking to the customer service representative but no reply

Everything you sell is off good quality and affordable but your shipping fee to South Africa is way expensive imagine having to buy something for R1000 and the shipping fee becomes R2000. That's quite too much honestly i know i lot of people who wish to purchase from you guys but when they think of shipping fee to opt out

I was hit with a 450 dollar customs charge even though that was supposed to be covered in my ship-forwarding service charge. After trying to contact some sort of customer service, of course they said there’s nothing they can do for me. Will never use any service from this company again. There a many alternatives with much more transparent business models.

Extremely disappointing service. Sent multiple support requests, and it’s been already an year and till date they haven’t bothered to respond to my queries. Would not recommend at all.
