ordered 10x20 canopy. says it was delivered about 10 days ago. havent gotten a replacement ,i asked for money back and no answer. i need this canopy by a certain date and that date is very soon.

I reached out to your company days ago to return the LH Clubs for RH clubs, I am still emailing you guys for a response. That is “POOR” customer service. I should have received instructions to return the incorrect item and when I could expect the right items. I am disappointed in the NO RESPONSE I am getting.

Shop not answering phone or email 24/7 ! Still no response from my continued request for an update via email. Phone system is non functional, no call back service or answer machine , no refund, awful service. I will continue to post reviews until Someone replies!

Item was practically brand new. No missing parts, no damages box and the best part was it was delivered in 2 days.

My shipment arrived with some of the parts left out. I contacted Support. They immediately put another shipment in the mail and I received it four days later with everything in it. I appreciated it. Thanks.
