I'd have done a zero star rating buy it wasn't an option. This company is pathetic. Returned a defective product and was told I had to pay for shipping myself. That was 73.00. They said I'd get a full refund once item was received. Amazon covered my 73.00 shipping cost as they have an A-Z guarantee. That was fantastic. This third party seller 247 USA found out that Amazon covered my shipping and decided to only cover 34.00 of my return adding up to my total cost of the product. Being still out the 73.00, Amazon AGAIN covered that amount that 247 screwed me on. Worst customer service ever. They screwed amazon also allowing them to cover all but 33.00 of the entire cost. Pathetic seller.

My item arrived a day early. It was in good condition. The treadmill went together easily and trust me I am not good at putting things together. The purchase price was well worth the quality of the tred mill I will use 24/7 again.

Great Purchase, I ordered a open box Bar table. I was very concerned at first cause there wasn't any reviews but I went on purchased. The box definitely was open and closed with just a piece off box covering the top to keep close. I put this together in about 1 hour, with help here and there from my brother. It was very easy to assemble the most easiest thing I ever put together. It's a few scrapes on the wood but nothing really too noticeable. For it to be a open box item and it looks very very nice.

I was a little worried about this, but I bought an open box treadmill via shop 247.com and delivery was good and in the time frame expected. The treadmill works well so far and was in good shape for being an open box.

Although there were issues with the ordering process the workers of Shop247 handled the situation well and professionally. The issue was fixed in short time and shipped quickly. I received the package on time and the item is exactly as the description portrays it. I would highly consider purchasing from this company again.
