I really enjoy using Wegmans online ordering. I don't overspend and get what foods I need in that week

Wegmans employees go out of their way to help. Store is clean and a great atmosphere. Prices are fair and coupons keep coming in the mail.

I can’t get out of the house so order online and have delivery. Wegmans is the best!!!!

Four-hour delay, endless disconnects, zero ownership Ordered through Wegmans.com with a delivery window of 2:30–4:30 PM. After that window passed, I got a text pushing delivery to 8:30 PM. No warning. No explanation. Customer support was a disaster. Chat disconnected multiple times, phone support bounced me around and then dropped the call, and I was forced to start over repeatedly just to get basic answers. Eventually I was told the order was delayed because of Instacart — something that was never clearly disclosed at checkout. Then I received a text directly from Instacart saying the shopper had an issue and the order was being reassigned again. At that point, there was no confidence the order would even arrive. A four-hour delay is unacceptable, especially when customers are planning their day around the delivery window. If Wegmans is outsourcing delivery, they still need to take responsibility for the experience instead of pushing customers into a third-party mess. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing.

The prices continue to go higher beyond other stores. This may be the make or break in the coming economy as we are a family of 3 that spent $274 on one week of very normal groceries- pre-pandemic that average was $125-150. The staff is routinely amazing in departments, not so much in customer service/management. They have a large variety of items, but eliminate more brands each year and replace them with store brands. Those brands are ok, but not always the best choice. The products and produce are largely reliable, the meat dept is the best I’ve found. They have very expensive on demand self service food bars. Overall good to shop here for some items, others we go elsewhere. Quality depends on the store.

I love my wegmans in sterling va. Always fresh bread , fruits and juice. Love their bakery. Sushi. Sliced meats.

The WORST grocery Store EVER! The only care about their profits and NOT their customers! NEVER will I step in that store to buy anything.
