Great product i bought from them cell…
Great product i bought from them cell phone screen opener with no issues 100% safe…………… they shipped with dhl and i received the product within less than a week… great customer service overall👍🏽

Returns problem
Overall good, most are good but when it comes to returns they give you a hard time initially They resolved this issue later on

Great customer support for technical Qustions
I had some problems with the screen I ordered. Wrote the Support team and they responded quickly and competently. They asked the right questions to diagnose the problem and sent out a new one free of charge with Fedex Express shipping (Took only 4 days from China to Europe). It was no problem that the order was almost 6 months ago. I will buy again there next time.

SUGON T3602 not working
Order No: 030820285888701421, 021705581040600741- SUGON T3602 not working and over 1 month no answers for e-mails. We sent e-mails to service(at)rewa.tech and to sales and to salesman. Still no answers.

Patience might be needed for order updates, however, Rewa has finally contacted me to cancel my order
I have placed an order on 10th of October. After successful payment, I saw in my order details the status "order placed". This status has not changed until today. As I needed to cancel the order, I have sent an email to Rewa on 13th of October. I did not receive any reply and the status has not changed in order details until 18th of October. Update: Rewa has now contacted me via WhatsApp & Email and the order was successfully cancelled.
