I bought a MandarinaDuck shoulder bag from Dubai when I travelled there. Intended to use for travel purposes. Didn't use this bag at home. I notice that the black Edgings are all peeling and disintegrating. The canvas is designed for long lasting but what is the use if parts are disintegrating?

Il mio nuovo zaino porta computer si è rotto mentre lo indossavo, cadendo rovinosamente a terra sfasciando il mio notebook. La fibbia di plastica della cinghia non ha retto al piccolo peso di un libro e un laptop da 13”. Qualità pessima, mai più comprerò Mandarina Duck. Ricordo che era un marchio sinonimo di qualità; Il mio primo acquisto di questa famosa marca di borse, risale a più di trent’anni fa, uno zaino indistruttibile.

Per anni ho acquistato le borse di questo marchio che ritenevo ottime. Le ultime tre borse acquistate hanno fatto una pessima fine, le rifiniture che un tempo erano in pelle ora sono in finta pelle che dopo una stagione si disintegra. Molto delusa non acquisterò più prodotti di Mandarina

Do not use this company. They take your money and then the goods are not delivered. Apparently customs duties to pay (fine we get that post Brexit) but there is no way of knowing how to pay the customs duties since no information is provided! Surely they should be able to manage this process more effectively. Customer services don’t respond in any timely manner. Have managed to secure a refund but they deduct shipping even though the items have never been delivered. One way to make a profit!

Assistenza post vendita molto lenta nel dare riscontro. Per ottenere risposta ho persino dovuto sollecitare sia telefonicamente sia scrivendo una seconda email al servizio clienti. Delusa anche dalla qualità del prodotto - dal prezzo non esattamente insignificante e acquistato su un sito di vendite evento - che dopo soli tre anni di utilizzo per il suo specifico scopo (borsa portadocumenti Boston) presenta già vistosi segni di logoramento nei manici. Ovviamente Mandarinaduck mi ha rimbalzato all'assistenza clienti del sito di vendite evento da cui non ho ricevuto nessuna tutela poiché ormai decorsi due anni dall'acquisto. Mai più questo marchio.

Never Order online with this company: Online order for £224 + £9 shipping (M202316531) Then get told via UPS that I have a £57.72 fees and taxes due. On calling Mandarina Duck, get a very rude lady who tells me it’s in the terms and conditions that I’ll be liable for any shipping taxes due to Brexit. On saying this should be stated up front as part of the order confirmation. She says I don’t understand and should have fully read all the terms and conditions - continually interrupting me when I explain I do, but it should be displayed up front as a cost, not in the small print of a ticked terms and conditions box. Terrible customer service, where the client is basically told they are an idiot, and repeatedly interrupted until I had to put the phone down. DO NOT ORDER from this company, unless you want a small print extra 26% charge to your order, oh and a very rude ‘customer service’ waste of time conversation!

Wir haben von Mandarina Duck einen Rucksack gekauft bei dem neben der schlechten Verarbeitung (Kleberflecken) sofort der Zipp kaputt wurde. Der Rucksack wurde zweimal beim Lieferanten reklamiert, angeblich jedes Mal an den Hersteller geschickt und kam jeweils nach Monaten unrepariert in selbem defekten Zustand wieder zurück. Es wurde überhaupt nichts repariert, es ist nicht einmal ein Reparaturversuch feststellbar ! Bei der zweiten Reklamation kam der Rucksack mit einem widerlichen Geruch versehen zurück. Für beide Reklamationen musste ich die Versandkosten zur Gänze selbst bezahlen und habe nach rund einem Jahr wieder einen defekten, unbrauchbaren Rucksack zu horrenden Kosten. Kaufen sie beim lokalen Fachhandel dort haben sie zumindest Garantie und Gewährleistung. Ergänzung : Der Rucksack wurde schließlich nach der dritten Rücksendung vom Händler zurückgenommen nachdem bereits ein Anwalt eingeschaltet war. Die Rückversandkosten wurden nicht ersetzt !

After 3 years and only few time it was used suitcase is broken and cant be used anymore.Telescope handle is made of the cheapest plastics which cant be repaired and Mandarina Duck doesnt sell spare parts so I must through it away...I bought it convinced that this expensive suitcase will last for years
