Need to make a return for broken merchandise ordered online. Store will not accept return and online phone number is not accepting calls. I will nor buy anything again!!!!!! I just want a replacement without paying for shipping, which I have already done.

We love you poor review because 36 years old American male work in the concrete business which means stay in the day when I get off and let me know my hands a little dirty and maybe my pants stuff because I'm outside working with concrete and digging and holes and all the nasties that come along with it plus now I'll try to go to my neighborhood Lobby Hobby Lobby wishes in Sevierville Tennessee on Highway 66 and I go in everything is great at first until I'm in there for a few minutes and both times I have people to start follow me every time I go in there so I can be a profile for something I don't know if they think I'm stealing or is that person that maybe dirty can't have money but I've give it a chance both times to try to ignore it and then I heard them talking about me this time of the next all over I don't know if it's company policy to talk about your customers but I was highly offended so for the second time I put my stuff back on the shelf and I told him you know you don't have to watch me you know I'm here spending money so they left the store and I saw that the store I'm standing outside waiting for my partner that was inside and they keep coming outside to watch me still families having to keep an eye on your product mean you're a retail chain like this in a busy City but to the lengths they went to belittle me and try to embarrass will ensure they will never get my business again ever and anyone that I can dissuade from something there I also will

I ordered a frame for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day they are saying it was delivered yet it never was. They refuse to help resolve this issue. I will NEVER shop at Hobby Lobby online again.

I avoid going to Hobby Lobby because I HATE the long wait to check out. Braved it today. It was early it was snowing but still not enough cashiers. Why do they not have cashiers at the registers?!?! Just got a reminder, if there is something I need at Hobby Lobby, I don' t need it bad enough to go into Hobby Lobby.

Very disappointed with customer service and overall experience. My husband and I have been saving up money for my son's 8th birthday and decided to go to Hobby Lobby because of the educational gifts it has. It's not often that I can afford to go to Hobby Lobby so of course I wanted to look at everything. After about 10 minutes my husband informed me that we were being followed . For the life of me I couldnt figure out why, I certainly hadnt taken anything or even thought about shoplifting but yet there she was turning up on every isle even when we purposely went to the opposite side of the store to get away from this stalker. Then I realized after my husband and I split up she had no interest in me, she was keeping an eye on the man with long hair covered with tattooes, my husband. It made me sick to my stomach watching her, cast judgment upon him like that. My husband served this country to protect people like her. Needless to say Hobby Lobby lost my respect for the way that they treated my husband and your pretend to be shopper is the one to blame. Now wonder our veterans feel unappreciated.

Who remeasures after an employee makes a cut?! I was really excited for my first visit to Hobby Lobby. I purchased a few things, including some fabric. It was a great deal on upholstery fabric I was going to use in our camper reno. When I got out to the car I noticed I was charged for 11 plastic bags, I used one. Simple error. I went in, waiting online again, got a refund. After some thought we decided to go another route and would not need the fabric. We looked at the return policy and were happy to see it was able to be returned. Joke was on us. Apparently when I purchased the fabric the employee did not measure properly. She shorted us 3/8ths. While attempting to return the fabric at a store closer to my home we were told they wouldn’t take it back. He said that I must have cut some off. After letting them know we would be calling corporate, the manager offered to return only the measured amount. Corporate stood by that policy. If I wanted a tiny amount of it I would have just purchased that amount. I would not have purchased two yards. I took the lesser return, but feel cheated. Not only did the original associate make a mistake, but the company treated me as if I was in the wrong. Normally I would return to the store of purchase, but it was quite far away. The manager taking the return was angry because he would have to “eat the cost”. As a customer, that is not my issue, nor should we have been treated this way. All over a few dollars you have lost a customer. Likely a few more after I have shared my experience in your store. I have learned now that I have to measure something myself before purchasing.

Unbelievable! I had to make an online purchase, (the store did not have the item), shipping was 9.95 for a light weight item, I hesitated but needed the item and thought well ten bucks, I should have it in 2-3 days right!....wrong!! they send it snail mail! It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I've sent an email to customer service and still have no response. People think twice when placing an online order with this company!!

I worked at the Pasadena TX hobby lobby the managers are no good they want you to do everything correctly but do not even train you and tell you to ask if you don’t know yet get mad when you ask they treat their employees like crap don’t get your lunch break on time ever and had me so stressed out crying making lies about my work the employees and mrs Donna always are awsome but Jeff and Tracey are rude and unprofessional
