Received damaged items. No one answers the phone @ 1-800-888-0321. I need a credit or replacement for these items.

I I understand that online orders are taking longer now, but there is no excuse for ignoring a customer email inquiry, made multiple times. Interesting, after this I received a refund from PayPal, no explanation from Hobby Lobby. Satisfied

Need to make a return for broken merchandise ordered online. Have emailed customer service several times no response. Store will not accept return and online phone number is not accepting calls. They also will not answer emails!!! I just want a refund for broken item sent to me!

Terrible. I ordered a puzzle and received an entirely different puzzle. There is no way to return it without my paying to return it. Upon opening it, we found the box had only been fake glued-sealed together and the pieces were loose inside, not bagged as in a new puzzle. There were many pieces already put together! Obviously USED! Also... Who knows if all pieces are there!? I will never order from hobby lobby again.
