I emailed them multiple times after I…
I emailed them multiple times after I was told they "missed my order" and to expect my hats by 04/22. There was no response to any of these emails. No updates, no shipping information, no communication at all. It is 04/30 and I still have yet to receive these items or even hear about where they are in the shipping process.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Did not get notified with tracking number or any emails, until 10 days after placing the order. I emailed them 3 times and it was only then that I got a reply like 2 days after as well.

I still have not received my caps
I still have not received my caps, I have sent 3 emails concerning the whereabouts of them and have heard nothing back. This is very disappointing!

Ordered some samples from california expecting to get from california warehouse. I've been waiting about a week and see they shipped from China?

Hi, for some hot sale hats, they can be shipped from US Warehouse, and for others, they will be shipped from China like this hat. About next month, this hat can be available in our US Warehouse.

Poor quality, terrible customer service.
Everything is cheap Chinese made crap. This company's products are cheaply made and poor quality. They will also ignore your customer service emails. When I requested a return label due to the poor product quality, they said I would need to pay for it. Scam, please stay away from these guys.
