All the products are fantastic and they are delivered on time

If i could go to negative numbers I'd give it a -5. I have had 2 incidents after years of no issues with my orders. Recently in Nov I'm told they doubled my order because they changed the requirements in the order. On that one they took back the half I didn't order minus the one lowest price item that would bring me current on the new requirements. They forced me to pay the shipping to return the rest of the fraudulent items that I did not order. Instead of doing the proper thing and giving me a chance to correct the issue reasonably or just adding the lowest price item that would put things into compliance. This time they changed pricing on my order after it was placed and claimed I received an email that said they were making the changes and I would need to adjust my order. Upon being notified of such an email I checked my emails including spam and found I did not receive such an email. My order was done correctly last month yet they once again doubled my order and didn't need to as I ordered with the correct requirements. I took screen shots to prove that I met the requirements and was thanked for them. Isent another email asking status and confirming i had not received an email about changes to requirements/ pricing. It's been almost a month and I have had no response on my complaint. They think it proper to double orders if they change requirements without notification on business/ order requirements. Instead of just adding the lowest price item on order to bring into standards. I'm good with that but not doubling an order as that is a lot of money. Up to this point is been a great company that I like certain products. If I could get them at another location I would due to these new ludicrous business practices. This is NOT how you keep satisfied customers. The past 10-15 years I give 5* to the company and products. These practices I give -5* to the greed of the owners of this company to treat people like this. Jeff Foster

There was an unauthorized purchase on my account. They wouldn't do anything to help. I asked to close my account and I was transferred to 11 different people and my account is still open.

That's why they are so effective and value for money because the nutrients are not destroyed by the stomach acid.

We have been Unfranchise Owners with Market America/Shop.com since 1997 and love it! The products do what they say they do and have kept us healthy for many years. Many of our friends take a lot of prescription medications, but my husband and I take very few. We also receive compliments about our skin because of the skin care products and the supplements. The car care products improve the gas mileage on our cars which is great during the times when gas is getting more and more expensive. The weight management system has helped us to maintain a healthy BMI. The anti-aging products keep us looking and feeling younger at age 79. So we will continue to consume the products and shop on Shop.com for all the cashback that we receive for spending what we would spend anyway on our own shopping site!

Tried to order from /hannahsbookwallets.com- order was delayed twice, with an email stating that the order would be shippEd on March 31. Merchant won’t respond , nor refund money. Several other shop have popped up using the same or similar website and merchandise. Total rip off

I absolutely love shopping on Shop.com! They have such a huge variety of products, and the whole experience—from browsing to checkout—is always so smooth and fun.
