I ordered through you through Qilin guitar straps back in mid May and I've already seen that it was processed from my bank yet I have received no product no notification from shop.com as far as I'm concerned you are basically a scam trying to act as a front man and I've received no notification from you that the sale went through the only notification I've seen is through my bank when they took the money out as far as I'm concerned you and the other company just ripped me off

I had a bad experience with Wind Rider seat covers. I never got the product or a refund. Shop dot com would do nothing for me except tell me to contact the vendor!

I ordered a Tankless Water Heater from the manufacturer and they pushed the purchase to Shop.com. The item arrived and was in good condition, but wouldn't fit my application so I requested a return. My return request stated "processing" and has done so for nearl;y a month. Since they have a 30 day return policy it appears they are waiting for the 30 days to expire before responding. I should’ve reviewed this company before I ordered anything what a scam! You order something that comes from a company that takes your money don’t deliver and shop lets you know there’s nothing they can do.
