Customer service was very good, but...
Customer service was very good, however, the box itself should have had a closure on it. I ordered the hinges, thinking that would include a closure as well, but it did not. The magnums just fit in the box very, very tightly, so I think the box should be 1/8" longer as well. I had to wrap this as a gift and had to secure the box with 2 rubberbands which wasn't ideal, but I didn't want the recipient to open it and possibly break very expensive bottles of wine.

Regarding the fit for your magnum bottles, we design our boxes with interior dimensions that fit most large 1.5-liter magnum and champagne bottles, as described in the listing. Since magnum bottles vary in shape and size, we aim to strike a balance between accommodating most bottles and avoiding excess space that can detract from presentation or cause shifting. That is why we clearly state the actual dimensions in the listing, so customers can verify the fit for their specific bottles.
