Falling apart
The boxes were not completely stapled/secured and 3 out of 6 were falling apart upon arrival. These were purchased for a wedding display and while I made it work- this was not the quality I had expected.

We're sorry to hear your order did not arrive in the condition you expected, especially since it was for a wedding display. Every Carpenter Core order is handcrafted, carefully inspected before shipment, and includes instructions for contacting us directly if there are any concerns upon arrival. We were not made aware of this issue before these reviews were posted, so we didn't have the opportunity to help. We've also reached out privately in hopes of learning more about what happened and to see whether there's anything we can do to make things right.
