Shoolu.comReviews of shoolu.com

The boots were exactly what I wanted and expected. Shipping communication was great and overall I’m really happy with my experience!

I was able to find the shoes I was looking for that are no longer available on the manufacturer's website. They were also a better deal than the original price when I bought them originally. They also shipped them out very quickly.

I recently purchased a pair of boots from Shoolu and was really impressed with how quickly they arrived. The shipping speed was fantastic and definitely a positive. However, I’ve run into some serious issues with customer service. Their 800 number leads to a full voicemail box and provides a different number that also can’t take messages. I’ve submitted a support ticket online but haven’t received any response, which is really concerning given the price point of these boots. I’d genuinely love to leave a positive review, but at the moment, the lack of communication makes me question the company’s reliability. I hope to hear from them soon and be able to update this review with a happier ending!
