Shoolu.comReviews of shoolu.com

For some reason I was a little skeptical, but everything was great, got my order when I expected and It was exactly what I ordered. I bought a pair of Taos Sandals I'd had my eye on. The manufacturer website was all sold out in my size, and then I found them here. And I got 20% off. Win-Win!

Easy to navigate website. Great selections. Fantastic communication once the order was placed till it arrived then follow up. Will order again from Shoolu for sure!

Easy shopping and quick delivery

I received my package swiftly and as expected.

Great experience, thanks!

Shoplifting is great. They answered my emails promptly! Delivery was on time. I do have to send one item back but they are great with returns. Would recommend them. They have a good choice of brand items at lower prices. MD

I paid $200 for some fancy Pikolino sandals. Shoolu told me my Visa card was fraudulent, even though my money was drafted from my checking account. I had to wait several days for my refund to post back to my account after my purchase was rudely rejected. I then went to Footwear etc. and found the same sandals for $30 less. Footwear etc. took my payment and shipped them off. The worst part is that I reached out to one of your agents via email, and whomever the person was didn't even try to resolve the issue. Very poor attitude no doubt driven by poor business standards. You lost $200, and a potential lifetime customer. But do you care? Absolutely not. Thanks Footwear etc. for my nice new Pikolinos. I love them!

Prices are so much lower than anywhere else, and the shoes shipped and arrived within days!
