I order my shoes in May but they wasn't right for me so I sent them back and I got another pair and I got them on Friday the 9th of October and they were to narrow and I call them on Friday and ask for exchange and they said no because I got them in May no one said that I couldn't exchange my shoes if they would have told me that I would have kept the shoes and not exchange them and I have a pair of shoes that I can't wear or exchange and the shoes Lila were on sale for $79and some change I only wanted to exchange for a larger size

am a long-time customer who normally leaves positive reviews, but their mobile website has become completely unfriendly, frustrating, and seemingly deceptive to use. I just spent a massive part of my day simply trying to place an order on my phone, only to hit endless roadblocks. Every single time I logged back in to try and finalize my purchase, the price of the shoes mysteriously jumped up by $10 to $20. A pair of shoes originally quoted at $57.00 suddenly became $87.00, completely wiping out any benefit from my promo discount. To make matters worse, if I tried to use my browser history to pull up the original, lower price, the website would completely empty out my shopping cart. By the time I finally managed to get the order through, the shoes cost me just under $100.00. A part of that final total was an absurd $7 shipping fee. Charging a shipping fee on an order of this amount is ridiculous, and it is absolutely going to make me reconsider using other sites that offer FREE shipping and handling for orders of this cost. Please fix your digital platform and your pricing practices!

Would give these guys zero stars if I could. Absolutely abysmal customer service. If the shoes you order aren’t immediately in stock when you place the order they’ll just cancel it without even telling you. They claim that they’ll send you an email confirmation if they issue a cancellation/refund but you will never receive it. You’ll find out on the phone with customer service and there’s really nothing they can even do for you at that point except tell you to place another order. It’s a complete joke, I would never order from them again if my company didn’t have a contract with them.

This company is awful twice I've ordered a pair of wide shoes yet they ship me extra wide, but they don't even sell them. I can't get a supervisor online. I believe this extra wide shoe led to my Me having major surgery I just want the size I ordered this company sucks.

I ordered shoes online. The website auto populated an address I haven’t lived at in a year At checkout without giving me a chance to correct it before billing my pay pal account. I immediately emailed customer service alerting them to the problem and giving them the right address. They had three days to correct it before the shoes shipped and did not do so. The shoes got delivered to the wrong address and I have no way to retrieve them and “customer service” emails (five of them) Say tough luck pal.

Beware! Spend your money elsewhere! Paid for overnight shipping over 5 days ago. Still, no shoes. Customer service is awful wit some guys on the other side of the world placating (lying) to you, if you can understand what they're saying, which is almost impossible.

I ordered a pair of shoes on May 20th, 2026. I paid for 3-5 day shipping. The label was created on May 21st, but was never picked up to be delivered. I have contacted them several times and STILL have not received any updates on my shoes. I am beyond annoyed and will never order from them again.

Should be an option for zero, after ordering shoes ($200) they were on back order got one email thanking me for my order and the second stating they are on back order. Eventually I got my refund, 3 months later they all of a sudden took the $200 out of my account without me knowing .. I called and they said the shoes were sent, i tried to dispute it even yes got pretty upset with them and asked to speak to supervisor. I was told I had no choice the shoes were sent already. I hung up. I called back to get a tracking number and they cannot provide one, said I’d get an email… still no email. Sounds like fraud to me.
