I ordered a pair of shoes in may. They came in fairly quickly, and were too small. I mailed them back and received a prompt refund.

I was very worried after reading all of these negative reviews but I got my sexy sperry sandals in today just as described. They had a discount code I used which got me these sandals for $15 cheaper than anyone else. I called their customer service before my purchase to ensure they were legit. I'm a picky buyer who likes to find good deals. This place deserves a higher rating and don't be mislead by the poor reviews. Know what you want before you buy and do your research. Maybe try on the same shoe at a local store before you buy one guessing the size you need. Fortunately, I almost only wear sperrys so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Can't give a place a bad review for your own mistake. Glad I went with my gut decision and purchased from them. I'll be doing business with them again!

I apparently placed an order that didn't appear to go through based on an error message I recieved on the website. I ended up buying the shoes elsewhere that day and later that night saw an email confirmation for my order. I called the customer service number and within 2 minutes it was sorted out, the rep canceled the order, no problem at all. It was 11 pm on a Tuesday, very impressive. As a note it looks like their return policy is very good so I don't think it would have been a problem even if the order had gone through and been shipped. But ultimately I felt respected and valued as a customer, would definitely shop there in the future assuming website functions better. If only health insurance companies had customer service like that.

Was kinda skeptical after i had already ordered some shoes when i read all these bad reviews..but when my shoes arrived ON TIME and they were just like the ones in the mall but $60 less i was very pleased! Will definately be ordering more pairs ...Id say, if you know your exact size in the exact pair you want then go for it..all the bad reviews i see are from returns..which i didn't have to.

. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for a better price than I was seeing anywhere else and thought about it some. I thought it might be a scam and I messed up. I read reviews and got worried. Turned out everything went smooth. Got my shoes on time, no complaints from me. Seems like peoples biggest issue is returns. I'd say if you aren't sure about size don't order from here, if you do, go for it.

I was looking for Florida Birkenstocks for my Granddaughter. Most places were out of stock with the size and color I needed. Saw that ShoeMall.com had two pair in stock. I called the Customer Service phone number just to confirm they were in stock. She took my order and the Birks were at my door step within four days. Excellent transaction .... I was very skeptical first buying from this company because of all of the bad reviews, but the more I read I figured out the bad reviews came from returning. If you know the size you need for the sure, and you know you aren't going to change your mind, Shoemall is a great place to buy it!!! I was so impressed with the free shipping that was convient to me and made it to my house in a fast manner -less than a week!! My shoes came in perfect condition and I got them way cheaper than I would have at a department store. I would recommend shoemall 100%!!
