I will never use this company again! In this day and age where just about every online shop has either free shipping or free returns or both, with VERY easy return labels, this company has none. Oh sure, free shipping is great but if you order through pal pal, which I did, and most people do now a days, well you have to pay a fortune to return on your own. Where if you pay through their own site they send you a pre paid $6.95 deduct from refund label. And....they sent a pair of boots in a ginormous box, literally 3 pairs of boots could fit in it. So I would pay even more for such a huge box. I will buy my own freakin box and send back my boots in that, at least save a little. Screw you Shoemall...there are way too many other places to shop online. Stop ripping people off.

I ordered a pair of designer leather boots from Shoe Mall. They arrived today after 2 weeks of waiting. I am so disappointed. They are such TERRIBLE quality that I think they're knock offs. They look and feel like plastic, there are loose threads everywhere and there's patches of dried glue where the sole and heel are attached. I have other boots from this designer, and there's no comparison between this junk from shoe mall and the real thing. Avoid Shoe Mall at all costs. I've had much better luck with famous footwear.

I have sent numerous emails to the company about wanting credit back for a pair of shoes I ordered in JULY, it is now end of October and still no shoes. I tried to file with Paypal, but I didnt realize there was a window to file within. They said if enough people complain they can open something up. SO people, if you have used Paypal with these guys report it so we can maybe get our money back!

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes through Shoe Mall. They have an "easy" return policy and include a prepaid shipping label with the orders. I returned one pair of shoes using their label. It's been weeks and no credit. When I email customer service they say they can't locate my package. So they don't have the package, I don't have the shoes and I don't have a credit. Most companies keep record of the return tracking number well, not Shoe Mall. Lesson learned, I will stick with Zappos!!

I have filed a claim through Paypal. Ordered these May 11 and cannot contact anyone, no one will reply to e mails. I'm assuming we will be out $110. I didn't realize I was dealing with a company from over seas. Somehow I missed that info (if it was provided)! I do not recommend this company unless you like paying for things you do not receive!

Trying to track my very first order with this( Shoe mall) company 2 or 3 people lying to me and telling me it was ON THE TRUCK READY to ship, and the truth was ---it was in the TWILIGHT ZONE some where---I felt like I WAS IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE dealing with them. After several calls, they finally admitted that my shoes were nowhere to be found---except I had already paid by Paypal. They called me a few hours later and said, they apologized and they would OVERNIGHT my shoes---they did, and also they sent out a duplicate pair too. Its like the 3 stooges run this company, or something. So I will have to send one back-----'' SHOEMall is one of many stores that belong to the Mason stores in Chippewa Falls, WI. They own K. Jordan, Masseys, and Maryland Square----they have some policies that are NOT customer friendly---I just got burned by Masseys, and am never doing business with any of these stores again. They left me holding the bag with some defective shoes, I hardly even got any wear out of the shoes-----BEWARE all the stores owned by Mason Shoe mfg. AS for K Jordan clothing, high overpriced terrible looking clothes, stay away if you know whats good for you----YOU WILL GET BURNED---AGAIN STAY AWAY

BE AWARE! I ordered 2 pairs of name brand. I received 2 pairs of generic NAME knock off they created 2 orders so this meant 2 separate refunds taking 2 shipping charges off y visa. Unacceptable. They have argued I did this. NO exchange, with THEM paying for return shipping, they said I was it was a lie. I could NOT resolve this matter. My husband can only use the brand, style, for his medical condition. What they scammed me with is generic no name that I could have gotten at a local discount store for a 3rd of their price. I see others unhappy. What a shame were not valuable customers. I was hoping this was my go to for shoes, Yeah right. What a scam to get money and not care. BE AWARE!

Shoemall is the worst.I tried to get some sperry authentic boat shoe and the 1st time I order it they didn't have size so I waiting a couple week for that then when they did have the size I ordered the shoe too big so wanted a smaller size.I had to pay 6.95 to return the shoe which took then like a month to get so I just cancel the exchange.when I went to order a smaller size it got back order to 5/1/14.When I waited a couple days after that date they still said they don't have the shoes yet.now I check the website again and it get backorder again to 6/9/14. Worst ever never shop there again!
